What Kollector's Vault collects, why, and who else sees it.

Account information

Creating an account needs a username, an email address and a password. Your password is never stored directly — only a salted scrypt hash of it. Your email is used to identify your account; it isn't sold, and isn't shared with anyone except as described below.

Your Kollection

What you add to My Kollection — items you own or want, condition, quantity, price paid, purchase date, notes, and any photo you attach when submitting an item not yet in the Vault — is stored to run the feature and is visible only to you, except once an item you submitted is approved and published, at which point the item itself (not your personal notes, price or condition) joins the public Vault.

Cookies

A single session cookie keeps you logged in (HttpOnly, and Secure wherever the site is served over https). It carries no tracking purpose beyond that.

If you see ads on this site, Google AdSense and its partners may set their own cookies to serve and measure ads, including for personalisation unless you decline that in the consent banner shown to visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Forces members never see ads and are never served these cookies for that purpose.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
